We had to make a big deal of our 100th brew, which came out about a year after we opened up in our converted old Luma light bulb factory. 

100W, a name that pays tribute to light bulb lingo, is super pale and unfiltered. 

The first thing that hits you in the nose are notes of grapefruit and lemon zest. On the palate, fruits come forward – orange, gooseberry and blueberry notes. The malt sweetness in the front of the mouth gives way to a growing, snappy, lingering bitterness, that itself tails off into a dry finish and a thirst for more.

We thought this was such a successful 100th brew that we’ve kept brewing this delicious recipe.

A classic Kellerbier is an unfiltered, bottom-fermented lager beer. Our version takes this idea and runs with it. Our version tries to be the best damn Kellerbier in the world.

Using pilsner malt beside Perle and Mittelfruh hops from the Hallertau region of Germany and Czech Saaz, we produce a higher than usual ABV, golden-coloured lager with a strong malty, bready backbone. The big floral, herbal hop aroma is followed by refreshingly bold bitterness and elegantly rounded malt flavours.

Might be the best beer we ever brewed.

J.A.C.K. is one of the firsts beers we brewed, named after the OG brewers —Josefine, Anders, Chris and Kalle— did a pretty good job, eh? 
And the best thing? It's sessionable but still with a lot of flavours, win win!

Our most dry hopped IPA, with a generous 16 grams per litre. The hops are Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, El Dorado and Citra.

This year’s CHRISTMAS ALE from Nya Carnegiebryggeriet is a full-bodied winter beer with notes of cardamom, star anise, and cinnamon. The beer’s flavor balances sweetness and spice, specially crafted for the colder months of the year. Inspired by Christmas traditions, it pairs perfectly with seasonal meals or can be enjoyed on its own.

LJUSSLINGAN is a Schwarzbier brewed with modern American hops. It’s a true winter beer that combines rich, full-bodied notes with fresh hop aromas—like a string of lights in the winter darkness.

Our fall beer for 2025 with a fun twist in the name (Löv in Swedish is "leaf") and is of course a word play with "Love it". Löv it is an Amercian Amber Ale that has a malty, slightly hoppy flavour with hints of crispbread, light syrup, dried apricots, pine needles and grapefruit.

Earlier this spring we launched Aurora Borealis in a few stores and it has now been launched throughout Sweden in over 150 stores. 

Fruity, hop-aromatic taste with distinct bitterness and slight sweetness, hints of mango, sponge cake, pine needles, dried pineapple, white pepper and grapefruit.

OH AH! is the result of a collaboration with Kennedy Bakircioglü. It’s a light lager with a fresh flavor and a balanced bitterness. Malty taste with notes of light bread, pineapple, honey, herbs, and orange.

As an initiative to reuse surplus beer before it expired, we created our own gin together with Tevsjö Distillery. The result was a spicy gin flavor with notes of juniper, coriander, lemon, herbs, black pepper, licorice root, and raspberry. Intended for use as a cocktail ingredient.

Defenders of Långburk is a 44cl beer created through a collaboration between Nya Carnegiebryggeriet and Kollektivet Livet. The beer originated from Kollektivet Livet themselves trying to start their own brewery in the garbage room of the ferry terminal. It went OK (not at all actually). That's why we can present this nice beer can together. JUSQU'ICI TOUT VA BIEN!

It is a light, crisp pilsner with a low bitterness of 5%. 

Sold exclusively at Kollektivet Livet Bar & Scen at Stadsgårdesterminalen in Stockholm.

We are launching Prisma Pink & Prisma Blue exclusively during the month of July in a limited edition of both flavors. Prisma is a sparkling sour beer brewed with the special yeast Brettanomyces. Then we have flavored the different bottles with blueberries and raspberries. Bottled in 75 cl bottles with a cork closure and a unique design.

Prisma PINK has a nuanced, sour taste with hints of raspberries, straw, hazelnuts, red apples and blood orange.

Halo started as a collab brew together with our sister brewery London Fields Brewery. A sour, pink and fruity beer brewed with 20 % raspberry puré that gives the deep pink colour and fruity taste. A pinch of lemon zest in the brew and Halo was complete!
